While you\u2019re sitting there, completely immerse yourself in the negative emotion.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#333333;font-family:Arial, &quot;font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u4e0b\u6b21\u5f53\u4f60\u53d1\u73b0\u81ea\u5df1\u5904\u4e8e\u975e\u5e38\u7d27\u5f20\u7684\u72b6\u6001\u65f6\uff0c\u6216\u662f\u4f60\u611f\u5230\u6c14\u6124\u6216\u53d7\u632b\u65f6\uff0c\u505c\u4e0b\u6765\u3002\u662f\u7684\uff0c\u5bf9\uff0c\u505c\u4e0b\u6765\u3002\u4e0d\u7ba1\u4f60\u5728\u505a\u4ec0\u4e48\uff0c\u505c\u4e0b\u6765\u5750\u4e0a\u4e00\u5206\u949f\u3002\u5750\u7740\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u8ba9\u81ea\u5df1\u5b8c\u5168\u6c89\u6d78\u5728\u90a3\u79cd\u6d88\u6781\u60c5\u7eea\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#333333;font-family:Arial, &quot;font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Allow that emotion to consume you. Allow yourself another minute to feel the emotion.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#333333;font-family:Arial, &quot;font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; \u5982\u679c\u4f60\u89c9\u5f97\u8fd8\u9700\u8981\u70b9\u65f6\u95f4\u6765\u4fdd\u6301\u90a3\u79cd\u60c5\u7eea\uff0c\u6ca1\u5173\u7cfb\uff0c\u518d\u7ed9\u81ea\u5df1\u4e00\u5206\u949f\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u53bb\u4f53\u4f1a\u5b83\u3002&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#333333;font-family:Arial, &quot;font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; When you feel you\u2019ve had enough of the emotion, ask yourself if you\u2019re willing to carry that negativity with you for the rest of the day. If not, take a deep breath. As you exhale, release all that negativity with your breath.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#333333;font-family:Arial, &quot;font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u89c9\u5f97\u81ea\u5df1\u5df2\u7ecf\u5145\u5206\u4f53\u4f1a\u4e86\u90a3\u79cd\u60c5\u7eea\uff0c\u90a3\u5c31\u95ee\u81ea\u5df1\u662f\u5426\u613f\u610f\u5728\u4eca\u5929\u4f59\u4e0b\u7684\u65f6\u95f4\u91cc\u7ee7\u7eed\u4fdd\u6301\u8fd9\u79cd\u6d88\u6781\u60c5\u7eea\u3002\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u613f\u610f\uff0c\u90a3\u5c31\u6df1\u547c\u5438\u3002\u547c\u6c14\u7684\u65f6\u5019\uff0c\u628a\u6240\u6709\u7684\u6d88\u6781\u60c5\u7eea\u90fd\u91ca\u653e\u51fa\u53bb\u3002<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#333333;font-family:Arial, &quot;font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; This exercise seems simple&#8212;almost too simple. But, it is very effective. By allowing that negative emotion the space to be truly felt, you are dealing with the emotion rather than stuffing it down and trying not to feel it. You are actually taking away the power of the emotion by giving it the space and attention it needs. When you immerse yourself in the emotion, and realize that it is only emotion, it loses its control. You can clear your head and proceed with your task.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#333333;font-family:Arial, &quot;font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; \u8fd9\u4e2a\u65b9\u6cd5\u4f3c\u4e4e\u5f88\u7b80\u5355 \u2013 \u51e0\u4e4e\u662f\u592a\u8fc7\u7b80\u5355\u4e86\uff0c\u4f46\u5374\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u6548\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u7ed9\u81ea\u5df1\u7a7a\u95f4\u771f\u6b63\u4f53\u4f1a\u6d88\u6781\u60c5\u7eea\uff0c\u4f60\u662f\u5728\u5904\u7406\u8fd9\u79cd\u60c5\u7eea\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u5c06\u5176\u538b\u5236\u4e0b\u53bb\u7136\u540e\u5c3d\u91cf\u4e0d\u52a0\u7406\u4f1a\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u7ed9\u4e88\u6d88\u6781\u60c5\u7eea\u6240\u9700\u7684\u7a7a\u95f4\u548c\u5173\u6ce8\uff0c\u4f60\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u662f\u5728\u6d88\u89e3\u5176\u529b\u91cf\u3002\u5f53\u4f60\u6c89\u6d78\u5728\u90a3\u79cd\u60c5\u7eea\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u660e\u767d\u5b83\u53ea\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u60c5\u7eea\u65f6\uff0c\u4f60\u5c31\u6446\u8131\u4e86\u5b83\u7684\u63a7\u5236\u3002\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u6e05\u7406\u5934\u8111\u5e76\u7ee7\u7eed\u505a\u4e8b\u3002<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#333333;font-family:Arial, &quot;font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Try it. Next time you\u2019re in the middle of a negative emotion, give yourself the space to feel the emotion and see what happens. Keep a piece of paper with you that says the following:&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#333333;font-family:Arial, &quot;font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; \u4f60\u4e0b\u6b21\u7b3c\u7f69\u6d88\u6781\u60c5\u7eea\u65f6\uff0c\u8bd5\u4e00\u4e0b\u8fd9\u79cd\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u7ed9\u81ea\u5df1\u4e00\u70b9\u7a7a\u95f4\u6765\u4f53\u4f1a\u90a3\u79cd\u60c5\u7eea\u5e76\u770b\u770b\u4f1a\u53d1\u751f\u4ec0\u4e48\u3002\u968f\u8eab\u5e26\u4e00\u5f20\u5199\u7740\u5982\u4e0b\u5b57\u53e5\u7684\u7eb8\u6761\uff1a&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#333333;font-family:Arial, &quot;font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Stop. Immerse for one minute. Do I want to keep this negativity? Breathe deep, exhale, release. Move on!&nbsp;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#333333;font-family:Arial, &quot;font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; \u505c\u4e0b\u6765\u3002\u6c89\u6d78\u4e00\u5206\u949f\u3002\u6211\u60f3\u4fdd\u6301\u8fd9\u79cd\u6d88\u6781\u60c5\u7eea\u5417\uff1f\u6df1\u5438\u6c14\uff0c\u547c\u6c14\uff0c\u653e\u677e\u3002\u7ee7\u7eed\u505a\u4e8b\uff01<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color:#333333;font-family:Arial, &quot;font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; This will remind you of the steps to the process. Remember: take the time you need to really immerse yourself in the emotion. Then, when you feel you\u2019ve felt it enough, release it&#8212;really let go of it.
