I wish to extend, on behalf of the Chinese government and people and in my own name, a very warm welcome to all of you, particularly the state leaders and heads of international organizations who have come to attend the meeting of the Council of Heads of Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO).\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\u5c71\u4e1c\u662f\u5b54\u5b50\u7684\u6545\u4e61\u548c\u5112\u5bb6\u6587\u5316\u53d1\u7965\u5730\u3002\u5112\u5bb6\u601d\u60f3\u662f\u4e2d\u534e\u6587\u660e\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u7ec4\u6210\u90e8\u5206\u3002\u5112\u5bb6\u5021\u5bfc\u201c\u5927\u9053\u4e4b\u884c\uff0c\u5929\u4e0b\u4e3a\u516c\u201d\uff0c\u4e3b\u5f20\u201c\u534f\u548c\u4e07\u90a6\uff0c\u548c\u8877\u5171\u6d4e\uff0c\u56db\u6d77\u4e00\u5bb6\u201d\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u201c\u548c\u5408\u201d\u7406\u5ff5\u540c\u201c\u4e0a\u6d77\u7cbe\u795e\u201d\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u76f8\u901a\u4e4b\u5904\u3002\u201c\u4e0a\u6d77\u7cbe\u795e\u201d\u575a\u6301\u4e92\u4fe1\u3001\u4e92\u5229\u3001\u5e73\u7b49\u3001\u534f\u5546\u3001\u5c0a\u91cd\u591a\u6837\u6587\u660e\u3001\u8c0b\u6c42\u5171\u540c\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u5f3a\u8c03\u6c42\u540c\u5b58\u5f02\u3001\u5408\u4f5c\u5171\u8d62\uff0c\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u4e0a\u83b7\u5f97\u5e7f\u6cdb\u8ba4\u540c\u548c\u652f\u6301\u3002\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\tShandong is the home province of Confucius and birthplace of Confucianism. An integral part of Chinese civilization, Confucianism believes that “a just cause should be pursued for the common good” and champions harmony, unity and a shared community for all nations. Its emphasis on unity and harmony has much in common with the Shanghai Spirit, namely, mutual trust, mutual benefit, equality, consultation, respect for diverse civilizations and pursuit of common development. The Shanghai Spirit’s focus on seeking common ground while setting aside differences and pursuing mutually beneficial cooperation has won widespread international endorsement and support.\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\u5728\u201c\u4e0a\u6d77\u7cbe\u795e\u201d\u5f15\u9886\u4e0b\uff0c\u672c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4e0d\u4ec5\u5728\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u7ecf\u6d4e\u3001\u4eba\u6587\u7b49\u5408\u4f5c\u9886\u57df\u53d6\u5f97\u4e30\u7855\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u5728\u673a\u5236\u5efa\u8bbe\u65b9\u9762\u4e5f\u8fc8\u51fa\u5386\u53f2\u6027\u6b65\u4f10\u3002\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u4e0a\u6d77\u5408\u4f5c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u62e5\u67098\u4e2a\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u30014\u4e2a\u89c2\u5bdf\u5458\u56fd\u30016\u4e2a\u5bf9\u8bdd\u4f19\u4f34\uff0c\u662f\u7ef4\u62a4\u5730\u533a\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u4fc3\u8fdb\u5171\u540c\u53d1\u5c55\u3001\u5b8c\u5584\u5168\u7403\u6cbb\u7406\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u529b\u91cf\u3002\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

Today, with eight member states, four observer states and six dialogue partners, the SCO has become an important force for upholding regional security, promoting common development and improving global governance.\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\u9752\u5c9b\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u8457\u540d\u7684\u201c\u5e06\u8239\u4e4b\u90fd\u201d\uff0c\u8bb8\u591a\u8239\u53ea\u4ece\u8fd9\u91cc\u626c\u5e06\u8d77\u822a\u3001\u8ffd\u9010\u68a6\u60f3\u3002\u660e\u5929\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u5728\u8fd9\u91cc\u4e3e\u884c\u4e0a\u6d77\u5408\u4f5c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6269\u5458\u540e\u7684\u9996\u6b21\u5cf0\u4f1a\uff0c\u5168\u9762\u89c4\u5212\u672c\u7ec4\u7ec7\u672a\u6765\u53d1\u5c55\u84dd\u56fe\u3002\n\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n
