\n\t       Power politics and hegemony still exist in international political, economic and security realms and have further asserted themselves.  Regional conflicts have erupted one after another.  The gap in development between North and South continues to widen.  Mankind is plagued by trans-national problems such as environmental degradatio, arms proliferation, international crimes and terrorism.  If we fail to address these major problems promptly, it will be difficult for the world to develop further. <\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t       \u4f55\u53bb\u4f55\u4ece\uff0c\u89e3\u51b3\u8fd9\u4e9b\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u4e3b\u52a8\u6743\u638c\u63e1\u5728\u4e16\u754c\u4eba\u6c11\u624b\u4e2d\u3002\u63a8\u52a8\u5efa\u7acb\u516c\u6b63\u5408\u7406\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u653f\u6cbb\u7ecf\u6d4e\u65b0\u79e9\u5e8f\uff0c\u662f\u5404\u56fd\u4eba\u6c11\u548c\u6709\u8fdc\u89c1\u7684\u653f\u6cbb\u5bb6\u5fc5\u987b\u8ba4\u771f\u800c\u5ba1\u614e\u601d\u8003\u7684\u53ca\u5176\u91cd\u5927\u7684\u8bfe\u9898\u3002<\/span>\n<\/p>\n
