\n\t       \u4e2d\u56fd\u662f\u7edf\u4e00\u7684\u591a\u6c11\u65cf\u56fd\u5bb6\u3002\u65b0\u7586\u81ea\u53e4\u4ee5\u6765\u5c31\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u591a\u6c11\u65cf\u5171\u540c\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u5bb6\u56ed\u3002\u5728\u6f2b\u957f\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u957f\u6cb3\u4e2d\uff0c\u751f\u6d3b\u5728\u65b0\u7586\u7684\u4e2d\u534e\u5404\u65cf\u513f\u5973\u5bc6\u5207\u4ea4\u5f80\u3001\u76f8\u4e92\u4f9d\u5b58\u3001\u4f11\u621a\u4e0e\u5171\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u5f00\u53d1\u5efa\u8bbe\u65b0\u7586\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u7ef4\u62a4\u8fb9\u7586\u7a33\u5b9a\u3001\u56fd\u5bb6\u7edf\u4e00\u3001\u6c11\u65cf\u56e2\u7ed3\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u63a8\u52a8\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u8fdb\u6b65\u3002<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t       China is a unified and multi-ethnic country.  Xinjiang has been home to several of China’s ethnic peoples since ancient times.  Over the long course of history, the ethnic groups in Xinjiang have maintained close relations with each other, trusting and depending on each other and sharing weal and woe together.  They have worked hard to build Xinjiang, to safeguard border stability, national unification and ethnic unity, and to promote the development and progress of China.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t       \u81ea1949\u5e74\u65b0\u7586\u548c\u5e73\u89e3\u653e\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f1955\u5e74\u65b0\u7586\u7ef4\u543e\u5c14\u81ea\u6cbb\u533a\u6210\u7acb\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u5728\u56fd\u5bb6\u7684\u5927\u529b\u652f\u6301\u548c\u5168\u56fd\u5404\u5730\u7684\u6709\u529b\u5e2e\u52a9\u4e0b\uff0c\u5728\u5168\u56fd\u5404\u65cf\u4eba\u6c11\u7684\u5171\u540c\u52aa\u529b\u4e0b\uff0c\u65b0\u7586\u6c11\u751f\u4e0d\u65ad\u6539\u5584\uff0c\u5404\u9879\u4e8b\u4e1a\u5168\u9762\u8fdb\u6b65\uff0c\u793e\u4f1a\u5927\u5c40\u7a33\u5b9a\uff0c\u53d1\u5c55\u52bf\u5934\u826f\u597d\u30022010\u5e74\u548c2014\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u592e\u5148\u540e\u53ec\u5f00\u65b0\u7586\u5de5\u4f5c\u5ea7\u8c08\u4f1a\uff0c\u4e0d\u65ad\u4e30\u5bcc\u5b8c\u5584\u6cbb\u7586\u7406\u5ff5\u548c\u6cbb\u7586\u65b9\u7565\uff0c\u65b0\u7586\u7ecf\u6d4e\u793e\u4f1a\u53d1\u5c55\u8fdb\u5165\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u65f6\u671f\u3002<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t       Since the peaceful liberation of Xinjiang in 1049, and the founding of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in 1955 in particular, Xinjiang has seen continued improvement in its standard of living, comprehensive progress in various areas, stability in the overall situation of society, and positive momentum for development. All this has been made possible by strong support from the state and other parts of the country, as well as by the concerted efforts of all of Xinjiang’s ethnic groups.  In 2010 and 2014, the central government held two meetings to discuss work related to Xinjiang, resulting in a steady improvement of the guiding principles and strategies for governing Xinjiang, ushering in a new era in the economic and social development of the region.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t       \u65b0\u7586\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u8fdb\u6b65\uff0c\u662f\u5305\u62ec\u65b0\u7586\u5404\u65cf\u4eba\u6c11\u5728\u5185\u7684\u5168\u4e2d\u56fd\u4eba\u6c11\u56e2\u7ed3\u62fc\u640f\u7684\u4f1f\u5927\u6210\u679c\uff0c\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u5404\u65cf\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u540c\u7e41\u8363\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u751f\u52a8\u4f53\u73b0\uff0c\u662f\u4e2d\u56fd\u6c11\u65cf\u533a\u57df\u81ea\u6cbb\u5236\u5ea6\u5728\u65b0\u7586\u7684\u6210\u529f\u5b9e\u8df5\u3002<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t       The development and progress witnessed in Xinjiang has been achieved by all the peoples in China —- including the various ethnic groups in Xinjiang —- working together in pursuit of a common goal.  It gives a vivid expression to the progress made by China’s ethnic groups towards achieving common prosperity, and marks the successful implementation of China’s system of regional ethnic autonomy in Xinjiang. <\/span>\n<\/p>\n
