       \u4e2d\u56fd\u6b63\u5904\u5728\u4fe1\u606f\u5316\u5feb\u901f\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u8fdb\u7a0b\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u9ad8\u5ea6\u91cd\u89c6\u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u81ea21\u5e74\u524d\u63a5\u5165\u56fd\u9645\u4e92\u8054\u7f51\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6309\u7167\u79ef\u6781\u5229\u7528\u3001\u79d1\u5b66\u53d1\u5c55\u3001\u4f9d\u6cd5\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u786e\u4fdd\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u601d\u8def\uff0c\u52a0\u5f3a\u4fe1\u606f\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u5efa\u8bbe\uff0c\u53d1\u5c55\u7f51\u7edc\u7ecf\u6d4e\uff0c\u63a8\u8fdb\u4fe1\u606f\u60e0\u6c11\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n

Since China was connected to World Wide Web 21 years ago, we have, in keeping with the principles of proactive utilization, rational development, law-based regulation and assurance of security, strengthened IT infrastructure, developed cyber economy and made life better for our people through IT application.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n
