\n\tThe truly horrific event that occurred on this flight has elicited many responses from all of us: outrage, anger, disappointment.  I share all of those sentiments and one above all: my deepest apologies for what happened.<\/span>

\nLike you, I continue to be disturbed by what happened on this flight and I deeply apologize to the customer forcibly removed and to all the customers aboard.  No one should ever be mistreated this way.<\/span>
\n\u50cf\u4f60\u4e00\u6837\uff0c\u6211\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u5bf9\u8fd9\u6b21\u53d1\u751f\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u822a\u73ed\u4e0a\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\u611f\u5230\u4e0d\u5b89\uff0c\u6211\u4e5f\u6df1\u6df1\u5730\u5411\u88ab\u5f3a\u884c\u62d6\u4e0b\u98de\u673a\u7684\u90a3\u540d\u4e58\u5ba2\u548c\u98de\u673a\u4e0a\u7684\u5168\u4f53\u4e58\u5ba2\u81f4\u6b49\u3002\u6ca1\u6709\u4eba\u5e94\u8be5\u88ab\u8fd9\u6837\u9519\u8bef\u7684\u5bf9\u5f85\u3002<\/span>

\nIt\u2019s never too late to do the right thing.  I have committed to our customers and our employees that we are going to fix what\u2019s broken so this never happens again.<\/span>
\n\u6539\u6b63\u6c38\u8fdc\u4e0d\u4f1a\u592a\u665a\u3002\u6211\u5df2\u7ecf\u5411\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u987e\u5ba2\u548c\u96c7\u5458\u627f\u8bfa\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4f1a\u52aa\u529b\u4fee\u6b63\u505a\u9519\u7684\u4e00\u5207\uff0c\u8ba9\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4ee5\u540e\u7edd\u4e0d\u518d\u53d1\u751f\u3002<\/span>

\nThis will include a thorough review of crew movement, our policies for incentivizing volunteers in these situations, how we handle oversold situations and an examination of how we partner with airport authorities and local law enforcement.  We\u2019ll communicate the results of our review by April 30th.<\/span>
\n\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec\u5f7b\u5e95\u8bc4\u4f30\u6211\u4eec\u673a\u7ec4\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u5956\u52b1\u5fd7\u613f\u4e58\u5ba2\u7684\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5904\u7406\u8d85\u552e\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6211\u4eec\u4e0e\u822a\u7a7a\u5b89\u5168\u90e8\u95e8\u548c\u5f53\u5730\u6267\u6cd5\u90e8\u95e8\u7684\u914d\u5408\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u4f1a\u5c06\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u8bc4\u4f30\u7ed3\u679c\u57284\u670830\u65e5\u524d\u516c\u5e03\u3002<\/span>
