If the version is misty or foggy, this will result in a waste of time in comprehension and impede linguistic communication. <\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">In doing Chinese-English translation or interpreting, you should translate or interpret in the English way. <\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">If you want to raise your Chinese-English translation ability, I advise you to read The Translators&#8217; Guide to Chinglish written by Joan Pinkham and published by Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press. <\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Good translation is concise. Careful translators or interpreters use as few words as possible to express what they mean. <\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Translation can be self-taught. If you have a linguistic foundation (mastery of vocabulary and grammatical rules), the most important thing to become a competent translator is to focus on translation practice while accumulating necessary background knowledge. <\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\"><br \/>\n<\/span>\n<\/p>\n<p>\n\t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">If you want to be a competent translator or interpreter, just do translation or interpreting practice.
