\nBritish entrepreneurs, represented by Mr Jack Perry, broke through Western
\nblockade against New China\u2002and started the trade and economic partnership
\nbetween China and the UK.\u2002Since then, generations of \u201cicebreakers\u201d\u2002have
\npersisted in this endeavour to promote the growth of China-UK
\nrelations.\n<\/p>\n
\n\t\u4e0d\u4e45\u524d\uff0c\u4e60\u8fd1\u5e73\u4e3b\u5e2d\u5411\u201c\u7834\u51b0\u8005\u201d2022\u65b0\u6625\u5e86\u795d\u6d3b\u52a8\u53d1\u6765\u8d3a\u7535\u3002\u4e60\u4e3b\u5e2d\u5145\u5206\u80af\u5b9a\u8001\u4e00\u8f88\u201c\u7834\u51b0\u8005\u201d\u4e3a\u4e2d\u82f1\u5173\u7cfb\u53d1\u5c55\u4f5c\u51fa\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u6027\u8d21\u732e\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u4e24\u56fd\u6709\u8bc6\u4e4b\u58eb\u5728\u5f53\u524d\u5f62\u52bf\u4e0b\u62d3\u5c55\u4e92\u5229\u5408\u4f5c\u3001\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4e2d\u82f1\u53cb\u597d\u6307\u660e\u4e86\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u4f7f\u5927\u5bb6\u6df1\u53d7\u9f13\u821e\u3002\n<\/p>\n
\n\tEarlier this year, President Xi Jinping sent a
\nmessage of congratulations to the \u201cIcebreakers\u201d\u20022022 Chinese New Year
\nCelebration. President Xi commended the historic contribution of the first
\ngeneration of \u201cicebreakers\u201d\u2002and showed the way forward for today\u2019s visionary
\npeople from both countries in expanding the mutually-beneficial cooperation and
\ndeepening friendship between China and the UK. That was an encouraging
\nmessage.\n<\/p>\n
\n\t\u4eca\u5e74\u662f\u4e2d\u82f1\u5efa\u7acb\u5927\u4f7f\u7ea7\u5916\u4ea4\u5173\u7cfb50\u5468\u5e74\u3002\u534a\u4e2a\u4e16\u7eaa\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u4e2d\u82f1\u5173\u7cfb\u51b2\u7834\u5404\u79cd\u5e72\u6270\u548c\u969c\u788d\uff0c\u53d6\u5f97\u5386\u53f2\u6027\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u5386\u53f2\u6e05\u695a\u5730\u8868\u660e\uff0c\u4e2d\u82f1\u5408\u4f5c\u7b26\u5408\u4e24\u56fd\u6839\u672c\u5229\u76ca\u3002\u4e2d\u82f1\u56fd\u60c5\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u4e24\u56fd\u5173\u7cfb\u5e94\u9075\u5faa\u76f8\u4e92\u5c0a\u91cd\u3001\u5408\u4f5c\u5171\u8d62\u7684\u539f\u5219\u3002\n<\/p>\n
\n\tThis year marks the 50th\u2002anniversary of the
\nestablishment of ambassadorial diplomatic relations between China and the UK.
\nFor half a century, this relationship has overcome various disruptions and
\nobstacles, and made historic progress. History tells us that cooperation serves
\nthe fundamental interests of both China and the\u2002UK. Given their different
\nnational conditions, our bilateral relationship should follow the principle of
\nmutual respect and win-win cooperation.\n<\/p>\n
\n\t\u7ad9\u5728\u65b0\u7684\u5386\u53f2\u8d77\u70b9\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u66f4\u9700\u8981\u53d1\u626c\u201c\u7834\u51b0\u7cbe\u795e\u201d\u3002\n<\/p>\n

\nunderstanding, reduce misperception and increase mutual trust. We should handle
\nour differences properly and respect each other\u2019s core interests. We should
\nstrengthen dialogue at all levels, encourage people-to-people exchanges, and
\nexplore ways to braoden cooperation wherever possible. We should draw
\ninspiration from the past 50 years and work tirelessly for the sound and steady
\ndevelopment of China-UK relations in the years to come.\n<\/p>\n
