\n\t\u7f8e\u56fd\u603b\u7edf\u7f57\u65af\u798f\u66fe\u8bf4\uff1a\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u552f\u4e00\u9700\u8981\u6050\u60e7\u7684\u662f\u6050\u60e7\u672c\u8eab\u3002\u201d\u4e16\u95f4\u4e07\u7269\uff0c\u627f\u4e0a\u542f\u4e0b\uff0c\u73af\u73af\u76f8\u6263\u3002\u89e6\u53d1\u6050\u60e7\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\u6709\u5f88\u591a\uff0c\u4f46\u5f52\u6839\u7ed3\u5e95\u662f\u6e90\u4e8e\u4eba\u4eec\u5bf9\u4e8e\u672a\u77e5\u4e8b\u7269\u6d88\u6781\u7684\u60f3\u8c61\u3002\u6050\u60e7\u53c8\u80fd\u5e26\u6765\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f\u73b0\u4ee3\u5fc3\u7406\u5b66\u5bb6\u8ba4\u4e3a\uff0c\u9002\u5f53\u7684\u6050\u60e7\u5fc3\u7406\u53ef\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u8ba4\u8bc6\u5e76\u89c4\u907f\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u91c7\u53d6\u5408\u7406\u7684\u9632\u8303\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u81ea\u5df1\u548c\u4eb2\u53cb\u7684\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6709\u76ca\u4e8e\u4e2a\u4eba\u4e43\u81f3\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6709\u65f6\u6050\u60e7\u8fc7\u4e86\u5934\uff0c\u7ed3\u679c\u4e5f\u5c31\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u540c\u4e86\u3002<\/span>

\nSince the outbreak of “novel coronavirus infected pneumonia (COVID-19)”  in Hubei Province, my aunt has been feeling quite tense and anxious.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u6bcf\u5929\u4e00\u5927\u65e9\uff0c\u5979\u90fd\u4f1a\u6253\u5f00\u7535\u89c6\u673a\uff0c\u9501\u5b9a\u201c\u6218\u75ab\u60c5\u201d\u65b0\u95fb\u3002<\/span>
\nEarly every morning, she turns on the TV and sticks to the \u201cbattling the epidemic\u201d news channel all day long.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u4e00\u6709\u7a7a\uff0c\u5979\u4fbf\u62ff\u8d77\u624b\u673a\uff0c\u5173\u6ce8\u75ab\u60c5\u7684\u5b9e\u65f6\u6570\u636e\u3002<\/span>
\nShe also spends every bit of her free time checking real-time transmission and fatality data on her mobile phone.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201c\u5b8c\u4e86\uff0c\u5b8c\u4e86\uff0c\u53c8\u611f\u67d3\u8fd9\u4e48\u591a\u4eba\uff01\u201d\u5979\u60ca\u547c\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u8d76\u7d27\u752884\u6d88\u6bd2\u6db2\u62d6\u4e86\u4e24\u904d\u5730\u3002<\/span>
\n“Holy Christ!\u201d She would cry. \u201cSo many people infected today!” Then she would scurry off to splash disinfectant onto the floor and mob it twice.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u4e00\u5929\u665a\u4e0a\uff0c\u5979\u542c\u8bf4\u53cc\u9ec4\u8fde\u53e3\u670d\u6db2\u5bf9\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\u6709\u6291\u5236\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u8d76\u7d27\u6234\u4e0a\u58a8\u955c\u548c\u51e0\u5c42\u53e3\u7f69\uff0c\u8dd1\u5230\u836f\u5e97\u6392\u961f\u4e70\u4e86\u51e0\u76d2\u836f\u56de\u6765\uff0c\u903c\u7740\u5bb6\u4eba\u670d\u4e0b\uff0c\u624d\u7b97\u5b89\u5fc3\u3002<\/span>
\nOne night, upon hearing about the possible curative effects of a Chinese anti-flu patent drug on the COVID-19, she wasted no time in running to the drugstore \u2013 with sunglasses and several masks on \u2013 and queuing up to buy the medicine. Only after she returned with several boxes of the drug and forced her family to take a vial, did she feel relieved.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u5f97\u77e5\u5c0f\u533a\u5373\u5c06\u5b9e\u65bd\u5c01\u95ed\u5f0f\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u5979\u53c8\u62fd\u7740\u8868\u5f1f\u53bb\u9644\u8fd1\u8d85\u5e02\u62a2\u8d2d\u5927\u5305\u5c0f\u5305\u7684\u8089\u3001\u83dc\u3001\u86cb\u3001\u5976\u7b49\u751f\u6d3b\u7269\u8d44\uff0c\u5806\u6ee1\u4e86\u5927\u534a\u4e2a\u5ba2\u5385\u3002<\/span>
\nNo sooner had she learned that her community was going to be locked down, than she dragged her son to the nearby supermarket to snap up bags of vegetables, eggs. pork, milk, and other daily necessities, enough to fill up the greater part of her living room.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u5176\u5b9e\uff0c\u5728\u8fd9\u6b21\u5168\u56fd\u516c\u5171\u5065\u5eb7\u5371\u673a\u4e2d\uff0c\u8001\u59e8\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u5e76\u975e\u4e2a\u4f8b\u3002<\/span>
\nActually, she is not alone during this national health crisis.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u8fd9\u8ba9\u6545\u4e8b\u541b\u60f3\u5230\u4e86\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u4eba\u3002\u65e9\u5728\u4e00\u5343\u516d\u767e\u591a\u5e74\u524d\uff0c\u4ed6\u56e0\u8fc7\u5ea6\u6050\u60e7\u95f9\u51fa\u5927\u4e8b\uff0c\u540e\u679c\u53ef\u6bd4\u201c\u56e4\u8d27\u201d\u4e25\u91cd\u591a\u4e86\u3002<\/span>
\nHer behavior reminds me of someone who, some 1,600 years ago, was so blinded by his panic that he headed straight into big trouble \u2013 with a consequence far worse than that of \u201cpanic buying.\u201d<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u6b64\u4eba\u6b63\u662f\u524d\u79e6\u5f00\u56fd\u541b\u4e3b\u82fb\u5065\u4e4b\u4f84\u82fb\u575a\u3002<\/span>
\nThe man was Fu Yonggu, the second King of Former Qin and the nephew of its founder Fu Jianye.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u5efa\u56fd\u65e9\u5e74\uff0c\u524d\u79e6\u5175\u5f3a\u5c06\u52c7\uff0c\u6240\u5411\u62ab\u9761\uff0c\u5148\u540e\u706d\u6389\u524d\u71d5\u3001\u4ee3\u3001\u524d\u51c9\u7b49\u5272\u636e\u653f\u6743\uff0c\u7edf\u4e00\u4e86\u9ec4\u6cb3\u6d41\u57df\u3002<\/span>
\nWielding strong military power in its early years, the state annihilated several separatist regimes, such as Former Yan, Dai, and Former Liang, uniting northern China.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u516c\u5143383\u5e74\uff0c\u82fb\u575a\u4eb2\u7387\u767e\u4e07\u5f3a\u5175\u5357\u4e0b\u653b\u6253\u4e1c\u664b\u3002<\/span>
\nIn 383 A.D., the King went on to lead his massive army south and conquer the State of Eastern Jin.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u6839\u636e\u622a\u83b7\u7684\u664b\u519b\u60c5\u62a5\uff0c\u82fb\u575a\u5224\u5b9a\u664b\u519b\u7f3a\u5175\u5c11\u7cae\uff0c\u4e0d\u582a\u4e00\u51fb\u3002<\/span>
\nBased on his intelligence sources, the King assumed that the Easter Jin army, in shortage of both manpower and food, could hardly sustain a strike.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u5728\u524d\u950b\u5c06\u9886\u82fb\u878d\u987a\u5229\u653b\u4e0b\u6218\u7565\u91cd\u9547\u5bff\u9633\uff08\u4eca\u5b89\u5fbd\u5bff\u53bf\uff09\u4e4b\u540e\uff0c\u82fb\u575a\u6d3e\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u53eb\u6731\u5e8f\u7684\u4eba\u524d\u5f80\u4e1c\u664b\u519b\u8425\u529d\u964d\u3002<\/span>
\nWhen his vanguard general Fu Boxiu and his mighty army invaded Shouyang Town (today\u2019s Shouxian County of Anhui), a strategic point for both sides, the top leader sent a man named Zhu Cilun to Eastern Jin\u2019s camp to induce their general Xie Shinu to hang out the white flag.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u53ef\u4ee4\u4ed6\u6ca1\u60f3\u5230\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u8f6c\u6298\u5c31\u6b64\u53d1\u751f\u3002<\/span>
\nBut he did not foresee a turning point that would soon befall his army.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u539f\u662f\u4e1c\u664b\u5b98\u5458\u3001\u540e\u88ab\u79e6\u519b\u4fd8\u83b7\u7684\u6731\u5e8f\uff0c\u5728\u89c1\u5230\u4e1c\u664b\u5c06\u9886\u8c22\u77f3\u540e\uff0c\u4e0d\u4f46\u6ca1\u6709\u529d\u4ed6\u6295\u964d\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u5982\u5b9e\u900f\u9732\u4e86\u79e6\u519b\u7684\u5e03\u9632\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u5efa\u8bae\u664b\u519b\u5728\u79e6\u540e\u63f4\u519b\u5230\u8fbe\u4e4b\u524d\u88ad\u51fb\u6d1b\u6da7\uff08\u4eca\u5b89\u5fbd\u6dee\u5357\u4e1c\u6d1b\u6cb3\uff09\u3002<\/span>
\nFormerly an Eastern Jin high official and now a captive, Zhu did not do as he was asked. Instead, he disclosed all he knew about the enemy\u2019s military strategy and suggested an attack on the other side of Luojian (today\u2019s Luohe Town in Huainan, Anhui Province) before Former Qin\u2019s reinforcements reached there.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u6731\u5e8f\u7684\u51fa\u73b0\u4ee4\u8c22\u77f3\u4fe1\u5fc3\u5927\u632f\u3002<\/span>
\nThis meet-up with the \u201cspy\u201d boosted Xie\u2019s confidence.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u4ed6\u542c\u53d6\u4e86\u8fd9\u4f4d\u201c\u5367\u5e95\u201d\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\uff0c\u7387\u4e94\u5343\u7cbe\u5175\u5f3a\u6e21\u6d1b\u6da7\uff0c\u5077\u88ad\u79e6\u8425\u3002<\/span>
\nFollowing the informant\u2019s advice, he led five thousand elite soldiers across the Luojian and launched a sneak attack on Former Qin\u2019s camp.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u800c\u6b64\u523b\uff0c\u79e6\u519b\u6beb\u4e0d\u77e5\u60c5\uff0c\u6ca1\u6709\u9632\u5907\uff0c\u7ed3\u679c\u5927\u8d25\uff0c\u635f\u5931\u4e86\u4e0a\u4e07\u4eba\u7684\u524d\u54e8\u5175\u529b\u3002<\/span>
\nKept in the dark and unprepared, Former Qin lost the battle as well as tens of thousands of frontline soldiers.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u6d1b\u6da7\u7684\u5931\u5229\u4ee4\u82fb\u575a\u5927\u60ca\u3002<\/span>
\nThe debacle in Luojian astounded King Fu.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u5175\u5f3a\u9a6c\u58ee\u7684\u79e6\u519b\u600e\u4e48\u5c31\u8d25\u7ed9\u4e86\u5c0f\u5c0f\u664b\u519b\uff1f<\/span>
\nHow could a strong army such as his ever have been defeated by the small and weak Eastern Jin troops?<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u7b54\u6848\u4f3c\u4e4e\u53ea\u6709\u4e00\u4e2a\uff0c\u90a3\u5c31\u662f\u4f4e\u4f30\u4e86\u5bf9\u65b9\u7684\u519b\u4e8b\u5b9e\u529b\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ef\u600e\u4e48\u5f97\u4e86\uff1f<\/span>
\nThere seems only one answer to this question: the rival is stronger than originally thought. Now, what can be done about that?<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u664b\u519b\u4e58\u80dc\u8ffd\u51fb\uff0c\u62b5\u8fbe\u6ddd\u6c34\u4e1c\u5cb8\uff0c\u4e0e\u79e6\u5175\u9694\u6cb3\u5bf9\u5cd9\u3002<\/span>
\nTo follow up on their victory, the Eastern Jin army reached the east bank of the Fei River to face its enemy on the other side.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u65f6\u503c\u9686\u51ac\uff0c\u6ddd\u6c34\u4e0a\u7a7a\u9634\u4e91\u5bc6\u5e03\uff0c\u6b7b\u4e00\u822c\u5bc2\u9759\u3002<\/span>
\nIt was wintertime. Heavy clouds pressed down in dead silence.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u82fb\u575a\u548c\u82fb\u878d\u767b\u4e0a\u5bff\u9633\u57ce\u5934\uff0c\u9065\u671b\u624e\u8425\u5728\u6cb3\u5bf9\u5cb8\u7684\u664b\u519b\u3002<\/span>
\nWith his general, King Fu climbed up the citadel of Shouyang to observe the opposing army across the river.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u82fb\u575a\u53d1\u73b0\u5bf9\u5cb8\u664b\u5175\u9635\u5bb9\u9f50\u6574\uff0c\u5e03\u9632\u6709\u5e8f\uff0c\u987f\u611f\u4e00\u9635\u60ca\u60e7\u3002<\/span>
\nTo his horror, he saw a neat formation of soldiers well armed and trained.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u63a5\u7740\uff0c\u82fb\u575a\u53c8\u5411\u6ddd\u6c34\u4e1c\u9762\u671b\u53bb\u3002<\/span>
\nThen the King looked north.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u90a3\u91cc\u6a2a\u7740\u516b\u516c\u5c71\uff0c\u5c71\u4e0a\u6709\u516b\u5ea7\u8fde\u7ef5\u8d77\u4f0f\u7684\u5cf0\u5ce6\uff0c\u5730\u52bf\u9669\u8981\uff0c\u5c71\u811a\u4e0b\u9a7b\u624e\u7740\u664b\u519b\u519b\u8425\u3002<\/span>
\nThere swaddled the Bagong Mountain, with eight ridges rising to give a dangerous terrain. At the foot of the mountains stationed Eastern Jin\u2019s troops.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u4e00\u9635\u5bd2\u98ce\u547c\u5578\u800c\u8fc7\uff0c\u5c71\u4e0a\u7684\u8349\u6728\u968f\u98ce\u6643\u52a8\u3002<\/span>
\nA gust of cold wind was sweeping by and trees on the slopes began to sway.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u4ed6\u89c1\u5230\u8fd9\u822c\u666f\u8c61\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e3a\u5c71\u4e0a\u57cb\u4f0f\u7740\u6210\u5343\u4e0a\u4e07\u7684\u664b\u5175\uff0c\u987f\u65f6\u9762\u5982\u571f\u8272\uff0c\u60ca\u6050\u5730\u56de\u5934\u5bf9\u82fb\u878d\u8bf4\u9053\uff1a\u201c\u664b\u5175\u662f\u4e00\u652f\u52b2\u654c\uff0c\u600e\u4e48\u80fd\u8bf4\u5b83\u662f\u5f31\u5175\u5462\uff1f\u201d<\/span>
\nSeeing this in a far distance, the King turned ashy gray, thinking that they were helplessly ambushed by tens of thousands of soldiers. He wheeled around to face his general and said with dread, “The Jin army is a strong host. Why do we say it\u2019s weak?”<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u6210\u8bed\u201c\u8349\u6728\u7686\u5175\u201d\u4fbf\u7531\u6b64\u800c\u6765\uff0c\u5f62\u5bb9\u201c\u4eba\u5728\u60ca\u614c\u65f6\u7591\u795e\u7591\u9b3c\u201d\u3002<\/span>
\n This is the origin of the Chinese four-character idiom \u8349\u6728\u7686\u5175c\u01ceo m\u00f9 ji\u0113 b\u012bng \uff08literally \u201cevery tree and plant is a soldier.\u201d\uff09, describing a situation of being plagued by imaginary fears.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u51e0\u4e2a\u6708\u524d\uff0c\u664b\u519b\u7edf\u5e05\u8c22\u7384\u5728\u5bff\u9633\u8d25\u7ed9\u79e6\u519b\u3002\u6b64\u65f6\uff0c\u4ed6\u770b\u5230\u79e6\u519b\u91c7\u53d6\u4e86\u8d34\u6c34\u5e03\u9635\u7684\u6218\u7565\uff0c\u4fbf\u8981\u6c42\u79e6\u519b\u540e\u64a4\uff0c\u5f85\u664b\u519b\u8fc7\u6cb3\u540e\u4e00\u51b3\u80dc\u8d1f\u3002<\/span>
\nAnother Eastern Jin general named Xie Youdu, who had lost the battle in Shouyang a few months earlier, requested that King Fu pull his army a few kilometers back so that they could fight the decisive battle on land.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u82fb\u575a\u4e00\u542c\uff0c\u5fc3\u4e2d\u7a83\u559c\uff0c\u8ba4\u4e3a\u664b\u519b\u7edf\u5e05\u7f3a\u4e4f\u7528\u5175\u5e38\u8bc6\uff0c\u51c6\u5907\u5728\u664b\u519b\u8fc7\u6cb3\u65f6\u53d1\u52a8\u7a81\u7136\u88ad\u51fb\uff0c\u622a\u65ad\u654c\u65b9\u5175\u529b\uff0c\u4fbf\u7acb\u523b\u7b54\u5e94\u4e0b\u6765\u3002<\/span>
\nIn glee, King Fu agreed to this, assuming it was a sign of faulty strategy. He was planning to attack the rival when it was halfway across the river. <\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u82fb\u878d\u6307\u6325\u79e6\u519b\u540e\u64a4\u3002\u79e6\u519b\u5185\u90e8\u672c\u5df2\u4eba\u5fc3\u6d6e\u52a8\uff0c\u540e\u64a4\u7684\u547d\u4ee4\u4f7f\u79e6\u5175\u8bef\u4ee5\u4e3a\u664b\u519b\u6253\u8d25\u524d\u950b\uff0c\u79e6\u519b\u987f\u65f6\u5927\u4e71\uff0c\u4e00\u6e83\u5343\u91cc\uff0c\u4e0d\u53ef\u904f\u6b62\u3002<\/span>
\nWhen he ordered the pull-back, however, General Fu did not realize that his troops had already been on pins and needles. Now they thought they were being defeated and retreating. All of a sudden, the entire army crumbled into chaos.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u201c\u53db\u5f92\u201d\u6731\u5e8f\u4e58\u673a\u9ad8\u547c\uff1a\u201c\u79e6\u519b\u5927\u8d25\uff01\u201d\u8fd9\u66f4\u4f7f\u79e6\u519b\u9677\u5165\u6781\u5ea6\u6050\u614c\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002<\/span>
\nAt the same time, Zhu the \u201ctraitor\u201d seized the opportunity and shouted among them, “Qin is defeated!” This effectively caused extreme panic in the army.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u664b\u519b\u7cbe\u9510\u516b\u5343\u6d89\u6e21\u80a5\u6c34\uff0c\u5c55\u5f00\u731b\u70c8\u653b\u51fb\u3002<\/span>
\nThe eight thousand elite soldiers of Eastern Jin advanced across the river launching fierce attacks.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u79e6\u5175\u614c\u4e0d\u62e9\u8def\uff0c\u81ea\u76f8\u8df5\u8e0f\uff0c\u4e22\u76d4\u5378\u7532\u3002<\/span>
\nThoroughly panicked, the Former Qin soldiers fled pell-mell, trampling one another, running wildly for dear life.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u82fb\u575a\u5728\u9003\u8dd1\u9014\u4e2d\u4e2d\u6d41\u7bad\uff0c\u79e6\u5175\u542c\u5230\u98ce\u58f0\u4e0e\u9e64\u9e23\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e3a\u662f\u4e1c\u664b\u8ffd\u5175\uff0c\u8349\u884c\u9732\u5bbf\uff0c\u9965\u5bd2\u4ea4\u8feb\uff0c\u5341\u4e07\u6b8b\u5175\u4e00\u8def\u6e83\u9000\u81f3\u6d1b\u9633\u3002<\/span>
\nThe sounds of winds and cranes frightened them as they mistakenly thought the opponent was close behind. On his way to escape, the supreme leader Fu Yonggu was shot by a stray arrow. After great sufferings, he fled all the way to Luoyang along with what remained of his army.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n This is the origin of another Chinese idiom \u98ce\u58f0\u9e64\u5533 f\u0113ng sh\u0113ng h\u00e8 l\u00ec, referring to great disturbances caused by extreme panic.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u4e1c\u664b\u4ec5\u4ee5\u516b\u4e07\u519b\u529b\u5927\u80dc\u516b\u5341\u4f59\u4e07\u524d\u79e6\u519b\uff1b\u6ddd\u6c34\u4e4b\u6218\u6210\u4e3a\u4e2d\u56fd\u5386\u53f2\u4e0a\u4ee5\u5c11\u80dc\u591a\u7684\u8457\u540d\u6218\u4f8b\u3002<\/span>
\nConsequently, the Eastern Jin army set a famous example of wars in Chinese history when only 80,000 of them sealed victory over the 800,000-strong Former Qin forces in the Battle of Fei River.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\nBefore their attack on Eastern Jin, the state power of Former Qin had been waning, with officials being corrupt and the people living in dire poverty. The defeat was their last straw. The state ceased to exist except in name and soon fell apart into several separatist regimes, including Later Qin and Later Yan. All the northern ethnic tribes also declared separation from its dictatorship.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n\t\u82fb\u575a\u88ab\u4e0d\u5b9e\u4fe1\u606f\u6240\u8bef\u5bfc\uff0c\u5bf9\u654c\u65b9\u8ba4\u8bc6\u4e0d\u5168\u9762\uff0c\u81ea\u6211\u51c6\u5907\u4e0d\u5145\u5206\uff0c\u7ed3\u679c\u5bfc\u81f4\u519b\u5fc3\u6da3\u6563\uff0c\u5728\u6781\u5ea6\u6050\u614c\u4e4b\u4e2d\u60e8\u8d25\u3002<\/span>
\nKing Fu\u2019s fiasco was the result of being misled by false information and being poorly prepared as a leader, without an honest acknowledgment of the enemy. Inevitably, this sapped his army\u2019s morale and led to the disastrous defeat.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\n(5) Establish confidence and positivity which are essential to improving our resilience, immunity, and our ability to fight for life in war-like adversities as we are experiencing now.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\nIn addition, I have one more tip to offer.<\/span>\n<\/p>\n
